Brownie Bennett, Executive DirectorBrownie Bennett became the Franklin-Simpson Community Arts Council Executive Director in May of 2014. She hit the floor running and hasn't stopped since. Her main goal has been to draw as many new people to local theater as well as honoring continuing connections. She's proud to say she's had at least one or more new people participate in every production since she began. During Brownie's tenure to date, the Arts Council has put on five summer musical productions, four dinner theaters, four children's musicals, three main stage comedies, four concerts and three community Christmas Concerts as well as bringing Kentucky Shakespeare to Franklin! She loves her job and has big plans for the Arts Council!
